Relavo is a platform for turning your knowledge into your own AI assistant. You train it on your documents, website and FAQs, then put it on your website as a chat bubble, on a page of its own, inside a course portal or behind a password for your team. It captures leads, hands conversations to a person when needed and shows you everything people ask. It is built by Ascendz in the UK.

Plans start at £15 a month: Solo £15 (1 assistant), Starter £29 (5 assistants) and Growth £49 (15 assistants). Annual billing gives two months free. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and includes AI credit, or you can bring your own API key and pay the AI provider directly.

None at all. Relavo is built for business owners, not developers. The most technical thing you'll do is paste one line of code into your website, and we give you exact instructions for every major platform. If you'd rather not touch your site at all, use the hosted page instead and there is nothing to install.

Custom GPTs live inside ChatGPT, so your customers have to open ChatGPT and find your GPT to use it. Relavo puts your AI on your website, inside your brand, available to anyone who visits with no account required. On top of that, Relavo adds everything Custom GPTs can't: lead capture, conversation analytics, human handoff and a full inbox to manage every interaction. Yes, on every plan. Connect your own Stripe account, set a price (one-off, weekly, monthly or yearly) and your assistant's page asks for payment before the chat opens. The money goes straight to your Stripe account and Relavo takes no fee. Only Stripe's usual card processing fees apply. Every buyer is emailed a sign-in link so they can come back on any device, and you can see and remove anyone from one list.

Yes. Paste in their email addresses or upload an export from Gumroad, Stan, Kajabi or a spreadsheet, up to 500 people at a time. They get access straight away without paying twice, and you can send each of them a sign-in link in your assistant's name.

Yes, on the Starter and Growth plans. Invite a client by email and choose which assistants they can see. They see those assistants' conversations, leads and results but nothing else in your account. You decide whether they can reply to conversations and add answers to the knowledge base, assistant by assistant.

Your card is charged automatically on day 15 and your account continues uninterrupted. If you want to cancel, you can do so any time during the trial from your billing settings and you won't be charged a penny. We'll remind you before the trial ends.

Your assistant is instructed to answer only from what you've trained it on, and to say so clearly when it doesn't know something. Its answers are grounded in your content, you can read every conversation, and if a question is outside its knowledge it can pass the conversation to a person (on Starter and Growth). Like any AI it can occasionally get things wrong, which is why every conversation is logged for you to check.

You don't need one. Every assistant comes with its own full-screen hosted page, so you get a link you can share anywhere: your link-in-bio, an email signature, a client onboarding pack or a QR code. On the Growth plan you can point your own domain at that page so it carries your brand rather than ours.

It stays yours and it stays separate. Set conversations to delete themselves automatically after 30, 60 or 90 days, export everything at any time, or delete every trace of one named person by typing their email address. You can switch on a cookie notice and a consent step before any contact details are stored, and no other Relavo account can ever see your data.
