Can I add an AI chatbot to my Shopify store?
Yes. Copy one line of code from Relavo and paste it into your theme, and a chat bubble appears on every page of your store. The same works for WordPress with WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix and most other sites.
Can it look up orders, stock levels or tracking?
No. It does not connect to your shop’s orders, live stock or delivery tracking. It answers from the product information and policies you give it, and can pass an order question to a person.
How do I give it my product information?
Add your product pages by their web address, upload a CSV of your products, or upload your size guide and policies as PDF or Word files. You can also write answers to common questions directly.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It is told to say so rather than guess. On Starter and Growth it can pass the conversation to you with the full transcript, and every unanswered question shows up in your analytics so you can add the answer.
