Our Foundations class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings is made for beginners. It is small, slower paced and the instructor will show you each move. Your first class is free as a trial.

Can a chatbot answer membership questions for my gym?

Can it book people into classes?

Not by itself. It shares your booking or timetable link so people can book through the system you already use, and on Starter and Growth it captures their details so you can follow up. It does not check class spaces or take bookings.

Does it know my timetable?

It knows the timetable you give it. Upload it or paste it in, and update it when it changes. It cannot see live class spaces.

I am a personal trainer. Can my clients use it for their programme?

Yes. Give your clients an assistant trained on your programmes and protect it with a password, or sell access through your own Stripe account. Relavo takes no cut.

Will it give injury or health advice?

It is not there to give medical advice. It is instructed to answer from your information, and on Starter and Growth anything it should not answer can be passed to a person on your team.
