Relavo

Relavo for accountants and bookkeepers

Your practice, answering the questions that fill your inbox

Relavo gives your practice an AI assistant that answers prospective and new clients from your own service information, fees and onboarding guidance. It qualifies enquiries before you get on a call and tells new clients what to send and when, while anything about a client’s own affairs goes to a person.

Answers from your own content

I’ve just signed up for your self-assessment service. What do I need to send you?
L
Welcome aboard. From our onboarding checklist: your P60 or payslips, any rental income and expenses, bank interest statements and your UTR number. We ask for everything by 31 October so there is time before the January deadline. Shall I put the checklist in a PDF for you?
Yes please. And can I claim my home office?
L
That depends on your circumstances, so it is one for your accountant. I have passed your question to the team and they will come back to you.

Small practices lose hours to the same questions

Enquiries that go nowhere

You book a discovery call, then find out they need a service you do not offer or a budget you cannot work to.

“What do I need to send you?”

Every new client asks it, usually in the busiest month of the year, and each answer is another email you write by hand.

Your guidance is scattered

Fees, deadlines and checklists sit across your website, engagement letters and old emails. Clients cannot find them, so they ask you.

What it does

What Relavo does for your practice

Trained on your content

Upload your service list, fee guide, onboarding checklist and deadline reminders. It is instructed to answer from your practice’s guidance and to say when a question is outside it.

Starter and Growth

Lead capture

Ask enquirers about their business type, turnover band and the services they need, so you see who is a good fit before you book a call.

Starter and Growth

Human handoff

Anything specific to a client’s own affairs comes to a person with the full transcript, rather than getting a guessed answer.

Password protection

Give new clients a password-protected assistant for onboarding, separate from the one on your website for prospective clients.

Branded documents

Let it hand a new client their onboarding checklist or a list of documents to gather as a PDF with your practice’s logo on the cover.

Opening hours

Say when the team is in, with your own message for out-of-hours visitors, so nobody expects a reply from a person at 11pm in January.

Questions it answers

The questions your clients and enquirers ask

Give it your documents, your website and your own answers, and it handles questions like these any time of day. When something is not in your content, it is told to say so, and it can pass the conversation to you.

  • “Do you do bookkeeping for sole traders?”
  • “How much do you charge for a limited company’s year-end accounts?”
  • “What do I need to send you to get started?”
  • “When do you need my paperwork by?”
  • “Can I switch to you from my current accountant part way through the year?”
  • “Do you offer a fixed monthly fee?”

Questions from accountants and bookkeepers

Will the assistant give my clients tax advice?

No. It is instructed to answer questions about your practice, such as your services, fees and onboarding process, from the information you give it, and to say when a question is outside that. Anything about a client’s own tax or finances is passed to a person in your practice, so advice always comes from you.

Can it qualify enquiries before I book a call?

Yes, on Starter and Growth. It can ask about the enquirer’s business, what they need and how to reach them, and every lead lands in your dashboard and your inbox with the conversation attached.

Does it connect to Xero, QuickBooks or HMRC?

No. It does not connect to accounting software or HMRC and cannot see client records. It answers questions about your practice from the documents, web pages and written answers you give it.

Can I keep an assistant just for existing clients?

Yes. Protect it with a password and share the link only with clients, so your onboarding guidance stays private. Every plan includes password protection.

How do I stay on top of what it tells people?

Every conversation is logged in your inbox, with the questions people ask most and the ones it could not answer. You can see exactly what it has said in your practice’s name.

What does it cost?

Plans start at £15 a month for one assistant. Starter is £29 a month for five assistants with lead capture and handoff. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.
