Yes. You build and manage each client’s assistant from your own Relavo account, train it on their content and put it on their website. You set your own price for the service.

Can my clients see their own results?

Yes, on Starter and Growth. Invite a client and they see only their own assistant’s conversations, leads and results, never another client’s. You can choose whether they can reply to conversations and add to the knowledge base.

Can I white-label it?

On Growth you can put assistants on your own domain, such as chat.youragency.com, and remove the Relavo branding, so your clients see your product.

Is there reseller billing or separate sub-accounts?

No. Your agency holds one Relavo account, builds the assistants and invites each client to their own login. You bill your clients directly, in whatever way suits you.

Does it connect to my clients’ other tools?

On Starter and Growth, webhooks send new conversations, leads and handoffs to any address, and work with Zapier and Make to reach CRMs, spreadsheets and email tools.
