Questions about team knowledge

How do I turn my SOPs into an AI assistant?

Upload your SOPs, policies and onboarding documents as PDF or Word files, add any web pages and write answers to common questions. Relavo builds an assistant from them, and you share a password-protected link with your team.

How does my team use it?

Through a full-screen page in their browser, protected by a password you share with them. There is nothing to install and it works on phones as well as computers.

Does it work in Slack or Microsoft Teams?

No. Relavo does not connect to Slack or Teams, and there is no single sign-on or separate login for each member of staff. Your team uses it through its own page and a shared password.

Will it make up a process that does not exist?

It is instructed to answer from the documents you give it and to say when something is not covered. You can read every conversation, and the questions it could not answer show you what to document next.

What does it cost?

Plans start at £15 a month for one assistant, which is enough for an internal handbook. Starter is £29 a month for five assistants with lead capture and handoff. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.
