Use case: customer support
Customer support that answers before they email
Relavo turns your FAQs, policies and help pages into an AI assistant that answers your customers’ common questions on your website, day and night. It is told to say when it does not know, logs every conversation and shows you which questions it could not answer, so you can fill the gaps.
- Grounded in your own FAQs, policies and help pages
- Answers around the clock, or only in your opening hours
- Hands the tricky ones to you on Starter

Answers from your own content
The same questions fill your inbox every day
Answering the same email again
Delivery times, returns, prices and how to book. The answers are on your website, but customers still email to ask.
Questions arrive while you sleep
Someone asks at 10pm, waits until morning for a reply and in the meantime buys from someone who answered first.
No idea what customers are confused by
Questions are spread across email, phone and contact forms, so you never see which ones come up most or what your website is missing.
What it does
What Relavo does for your customer support
Trained on your content
Add your FAQs, returns and delivery policies, price lists and help pages as files, web addresses or written answers. Its answers are grounded in them, and it is told to say when it does not know.
A chat bubble on your website
Paste one line of code into your website and a chat bubble in your colours appears on every page, ready to answer questions as customers browse.
Opening hours
Leave it answering around the clock, or set opening hours. Outside them, customers see your own message and can leave their details for you to pick up.
Human handoff
When a customer asks for a person or uses a phrase you choose, the conversation comes to you with the full transcript, so they never repeat themselves.
See what people ask
Read every conversation in your inbox and see the questions customers ask most, plus the ones it could not answer, so you know what to add next.
Questions it answers
The questions your customers ask every week
Give it your documents, your website and your own answers, and it handles questions like these any time of day. When something is not in your content, it is told to say so, and it can pass the conversation to you.
- “How long does delivery take?”
- “What is your returns policy?”
- “Do you sell gift vouchers?”
- “How much does it cost for a group of six?”
- “Where are you based and is there parking?”
- “Can I change something after I have ordered?”

Which plan?
From £15 a month, free for 14 days

Questions about AI customer support
Can an AI chatbot handle customer service for a small business?
It can handle the common questions that make up most support emails, such as delivery, returns, prices, opening times and how things work, using the help content you give it. On Starter and Growth, anything it cannot handle can be handed to you with the full conversation.
Will it give customers wrong answers?
Its answers are grounded in your own content and it is instructed to say when it does not know rather than guess. No AI is right every time, so every conversation is logged for you to read, and the questions it could not answer show you what to add.
Does it work outside office hours?
With no opening hours set, it answers around the clock. If you set opening hours, it does not answer outside them: visitors see your offline message instead and can leave their details for you.
Can it look up orders or bookings?
No. Relavo does not connect to order systems or booking calendars, so it cannot check a specific order or make a booking. It answers from your policies and help content, and can point customers to the right place or pass them to you.
Can I add quick reply buttons?
Yes. Add buttons for your most common questions, such as delivery or returns, so customers can tap instead of typing. Quick replies are on every plan.
What does it cost?
Plans start at £15 a month for one assistant. Starter is £29 a month for five assistants and adds lead capture and human handoff. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.
